In your opinion, what is the difference between a European Lowrider and a Lowrider vehicle?

Is there a difference in the way they are built or in the way they lay low to the ground?

1. Its all about the drop? Sum cars look good low the USA cars a beefy they look something else when dropped! As for euro cars it has to be with in reason due to our god dam road bumps.
